Mr. McCluski was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Bausch & Lomb until his retirement in 2007. Stephen joined Bausch & Lomb in 1988 as Director, Financial Planning and Analysis for the former Personal Products Division. He was named Vice president and Controller for the former Eyewear Division in 1989, and in 1992 he was named President of the company's Outlook Eyewear subsidiary. In 1994, he was a Corporate Vice President and Controller and by 1995 he became Senior Vice president and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Bausch & Lomb, Stephen held a variety of positions at Price Waterhouse in Rochester, NY and Hartford, Connecticut. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Ithaca College, Ithaca, NY.
Stephen is Chair of the Board of Directors of ImmunoGen, Inc. (IMGN) and also serves on the Board of Directors of Monro Muffler and Brake Inc. (MNRO). In addition, he serves on the Board of Directors of four privately held companies, serving as the Chairmen of the Board on two of them. He also served on the Board of Directors of Standard Microsystems Corp., Fovea Pharmaceuticals Inc. and Indevus Pharmaceuticals Inc. prior to the sale of those three companies. He also currently serves as an honorary member of the Advisory Board of the Wilmot Cancer Institute of the University of Rochester and is a former trustee at Ithaca College.
